Blacklist
To add users or countries to a black list to block them, first head to Menu > Blacklist
From this screen you can click the "Block User" button, type to find and then add a user, and save
Type to find and then add a user, add a reason and click Submit
To block a country, click on the "Blacklist Countries" tab and select the country you wish to block
